July 2005 - Update

The kiosks are in use at the clinics where the study was conducted; several others are in use at sites ranging from urban settings, eg. San Francisco to rural Idaho. We migrated the intervention from a Windows to a Macintosh platform for better and more stable performance. We also are currently conducting a clinical trial for a next-generation kiosk to deliver cervical cancer education to low literacy women. The trial is being conducted in community clinics in San Jose, Fresno and Arleta, CA.
